My daughter went there for a period of time and saw Alesha. She had been through some trauma and Alesha had been amazing with her and really helped her to identify her feelings at 4 years old, worked with her on processing her trauma through play and helped me as a parent understand what my daughter was going through. Very caring therapists. Most kids are referred here from cyfd, so staff look at parents with bias I feel. Not ever case is one coming from cyfd!
I do not recommend this place for anybody they are scammersy
Appt reminder system needs updating. I am getting reminders for appts not even scheduled according to therapist Angela G . Didnt love the place but kids liked Aleasha. Waiting room can get loud and seats are dirty but it was ok for the few appts we went to.
I think it is horrible when trying to get help for your child and the therapist schedules you in then they never show for the appointment without calling or giving a reason. If we miss like that they charge us. Horrible service if you actually want help for your kids go somewhere else.
