Gerald came to my house to clean my carpet due to my dog throwing up. He arrived on time. When finished he told me the yellow stains were permanent. That I had bleached or caused a chemical reaction. He stated there was nothing he could do to remove the color. When he left I took a white paper towel and absorbed yellow. I immediately called him to explain, I didn't think he properly suctioned or cleaned my carpets. He told me to let my carpets dry.
