The staff is very helpful and considerate. Recently had to put my hamster down and they helped with the process. They were very sweet and understanding. They also went above and beyond and sent me a sympathy card for my loss. Which was unexpected but brought a smile to my face. Definitely would recommend and would like to return with current and future pets.
my cat went in for constipation, she was misdianoised , given fluids and she had fluid around her heart and lungs which was then made worse, she went into the vet breathing ok, picked her up and she could not breathe, released to me without telling me. Result cat got worse later that evening I had to put her down...Terrible vet...
My wife & I really loved our vet down in Florida and the care he gave to both us and our fur children. So when we decided to move back to the Hudson Valley Area we knew which ever vet we picked, we interviewed many, was going to have a tough act to follow. my experience with a cats place has been absolutely more than i could have asked for! the best veterinary experience care concern and treatment! i have never had such satisfaction from a vet ever! i recommend over and over. these people and doctor are forever in my heart! and my first call! not only do they care about my cat they care about me! thank you a cats place! you are all amazing people!
