My cat has asthma and was in distress when I reached out to this clinic for help. I called and emailed multiple times during an emergency and received no response. When I came in person, the front desk was cold and dismissive, showing little care or urgency. Best clinic for my kitties by far. I’ve been bringing my senior cat here for years and I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! All of the staff are extremely nice and treat you like family. You can tell they really care about their patients and aren’t trying to make a quick buck. They always have my kitties’ best interest at heart and are well knowledgeable.
