Our experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing and upsetting. My son had allergy skin testing, but never returned to the clinic and never received allergy immunotherapy. After he suffered a seizure later that day, I emailed Dr. Choy asking to postpone allergy shots and she confirmed yes. Despite this, the clinic billed my insurance for the allergy treatments that my son never received, and keep bulllying me to make addtional payments, without investigating their own internal process and email records.
