After taking care of a neighbor for 5 years, I’ve seen the good and the very bad in places. This home was OUTSTANDING. I would put one of my parents or loved ones here without hesitation. The owners and staff are caring and competent individuals! Can’t recommend this place enough- you won’t find a better place with a low ratio of staff to residents, cleanliness and true compassion.
Placing my mom into an assisted living facility was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. I had promised her that I would always care for her, but it became clear toward the end that I could no longer provide her with the level of care she deserved. I’m a little slow in writing this review. My husband was there for a little less than a month before he passed. That’s been seven months ago. The name A Caring Home with Friends says it all. It truly is! Whenever I walked in the staff was always interacting with the family. Most of the time they would be in the family room watching TV together or interacting in activities. If more than 5 stars were available, they would get them! They are appropriately named! They are very caring and they do take good care of your loved ones! I’m glad there are still places like this.
This place is just what the name says...A Caring Home With Friends. My husband has been here since 2023 and I am so blessed to have found such a loving, caring environment for him. I would recommend this residential care home to anyone wanting to find a place for a loved one who is no longer able to be taken care of at home. I love the owners and all the staff....they have become like family to me.
