Horrible experience with this company. Staffing issues with daily coverage. Inexperienced aides
I got to know this agency and its employees that work as "sitters" @ Rockville Hospital while hospitalized recently. They made an awful experience almost tolerable but I was disappointed they had no provision that I could work with the "sitters" I got to know, and actually unable to work out anything at all for home care after I was released from the hospital. 5 stars for their caregivers, 2 for their office people.
