We found A Caring Hand & Heart from an ad in the HEB newsletter when we decided my Mother needed more care than my Father, sister, and I could reasonably provide (in addition to hospice). This company is excellent !!! The caregiver for my Mom was very punctual, caring, observant to her needs. She communicated with me about every visit which was so comforting! I highly recommend this company for any caregiving needs!
The service we have enjoyed through Caring Hands and Heart are Amazing. They Change Catheter bags from night to day, make great breakfast, clean up kitchen and bedroom. Help shower and dress patient, clean catheter bags, keep the laundry up. they are personal and knowledgible .
Mom was diagnosed with lung cancer at age 99 she lives independently but needed help. CHH stepped on and has been so responsive and flexible w help. it has been a blessing!
