If I could give 0 stars I would! When it was time to speak to the virtual doctor, their service sucked so bad that it cut off once and after we got back on it was still hard to hear. This review is long overdue (nearly 11 years overdue, as a matter of fact). I received an abortion from this facility in May of 2014 as a 16 year old minor. From start to finish, the experience was traumatizing. I did not want to have an abortion. I made verbal cues to several different staff members when I was actually able to be separated from my parent that was forcing me to have the procedure done.
