I had four estimates done to replace my roof. I narrowed my choice to 2 roofers. Although Jim wasn't the cheapest of the 2, he was very professional, answered all my questions, and provided excellent references. The ultimate tie breaker between the two was Jim is certified by the manufacturer. His team laid a covering around the house to catch all the shingles etc as they removed the old roof. Jim Gruber has been a blessing beyond measure to work with. I started having issues with my roof a couple of years ago (only 8 years old at the time).
