My HP Laser Copier was leaving lines on copies made using the automatic paper feeder. I did everything I could to get rid of them, but I could not succeed. I went online to find a repair company and all were very expensive. On Wednesday afternoon, January 8, 2025, I found (online) and contacted ACAL and they quoted me a very reasonable price. Christine took my call and was fabulous! VERY Smart, nurturing and polite. She had a tech, Ken, at my office within 2 hours and he was brilliant. Ken diagnosed the problem so quickly and fixed it so fast I was in shock. And he is a super nice guy :-) And he cleaned the printer inside and out! Very reasonable pricing, I might add.
