We hired A&C Windows and Roofing to replace our roof. They promised to replace the roof singles and torch down rubber membrane roof and to remove and replace all rotted plywood decking and replace all vent boots. They did not. They replaced the singles and put a torch down roof over the old roof and left the original 30 year old vent boots on the home. In August I signed a contract for 3 windows and gave a deposit for half the work which has never been done. I was promised several installment dates which were cancelled due to weather. Now, 4 1/2 months later I find out they don’t even have the windows. All I want is my money refunded but no one is returning my calls.

I had an issue with my roof which developed leak in one of the bedrooms . My neighbor recommended A&C Windows and Roofing and I called them right away . They came very next morning found the issues and came to fix it following week . Fair pricing and well done job . Highly recommended !
