Dale and family just save all of us, all of the time. Only folks to work on your boilers. Amazing family, amazing humans.
I had a wonderful experience with Dale, who modified an existing gas line to accommodate our new range and oven. After almost giving up on the range, we were provided a recommendation for AC Williams through Haywood Appliances. Dale modified the gas line, connected the range, and checked each burner and the oven to ensure it was in working order. The cost was terrific as only a diagnostic fee and a nominal parts fee was charged. From scheduling to the visit, the process was easy!

Dale and his family have worked on numerous projects. New showers and bath installs, disposal, dishwasher install, septic pumps. Always are professional, clean and punctual.
I have been an A.C. Williams customer since 2016. I always had the best experience with Jackie - who serviced my boiler for years. Jackie no longer works there and he is missed. First off, my appointment for boiler servicing was with the owner who did a complete no show. No call. No nothing. No show. I called back and rescheduled my own appointment.
