I recently had an issue with our AC not cooling, after speaking with Belinda who is always awesome, the tech arrived within 30 min. Bottom line, the coil in the attic had a leak. Dan Coomes came out while the tech was still there, discussed my options, reviewed the system sizing, sq. footage of the house, etc., then provided me a quote the next business day. You want to overpay or get lied to this is the place to call . I can guarantee you AC tech will lie , be late and basically rob you, this is the company for you want in your nightmare. Parents retired but still there the stepson a spoiled white boy getting the only bonus

Called up to get a quote on a testing and balance study. First person had no idea what I was talking about and forwarded me to a different department. Second person seemed to know what I was talking about but indicated that their equipment to perform the study was broken. They would have to check with the Sales Manager to be sure and the Sales Manager would call me back. Sales Manager never called me back. I arrived here at 07:00 , called and was told they’re all in a meeting. Meanwhile I’ve been here almost an hour sitting on the shoulder of a busy highway hoping I don’t get hit because from the looks of it , it looks like it’s impossible backing a sleeper cab with a 53’ trailer blindsided off a busy highway with not enough room to do it. I will never come here again

Horrible company, they keep the worst employees and let go of the hardworking respectful employees. I’m sure they will continue to lose business because they are not a smart business. Would never recommend.
