I called for a basic service, but the technician kept second-guessing himself and even asked me if I’d “noticed anything else wrong.” That didn’t inspire confidence. He was also fumbling with his tools and looked like he was watching YouTube on his phone while in my yard. By the time he left, I was more confused than when he arrived. No clear answer, just an invoice. I later had a different company come out, and they were shocked at how little was actually checked. Do better.
