On 2/11 I had no heat and outside unit wasn’t turning on. The external unit was operational during his visit, and heating was provided throughout that time. A week later, when I turned on the heat, only cold air came out. Another technician determined that the fuses were faulty but didn't have replacements on hand. Wanted to charge for service told him no. He returned the next day, replaced the fuses, and paid for them. 3/18 needed heat only cold air coming out. This issue remains unresolved. I called for a basic service, but the technician kept second-guessing himself and even asked me if I’d “noticed anything else wrong.” That didn’t inspire confidence. He was also fumbling with his tools and looked like he was watching YouTube on his phone while in my yard. By the time he left, I was more confused than when he arrived. No clear answer, just an invoice. I later had a different company come out, and they were shocked at how little was actually checked. Do better.
