Was able to pick up next day. Mower started immediately when I picked up from repair only to revert to being broken when I took it home. Had to fight my mower to start 2 hours after the repair. Smoked oil more than before. Doesn't start or turn over a week after the repair. Going to be out $64 unless they will take it back and truly repair it.
Save your self some time and money I took my mower to him to have some simple repairs done he had it for about 3 weeks went to mow and the belt blew up took it back he tried to make a replacement part and replaced the belt took about another week or 2 to get it back, went to mow after getting it back the belt was way to big for it and his make shift part snapped in half and I was charged again for the mistake he made. done messing with him I'll just eat it and fix it myself with correct parts.
John is awesome. He fixes all of our mowers every year. Does extra things at no charge and always does an excellent job. We wouldn't trust anyone else !
I called them about a problem with my Troy Bilt lawn tractor. After explaining the problem, they told me to bring it by. I dropped off the mower, they repaired it that afternoon, sharpened the blades, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I definately recommend this business.
Bought a small Toro snowblower in Dec 09. Worked great. Going back for spring lawn equipment maintenance.
My dad owns AC's and we have never had any big complaints other than people who just dont like the prices or they think they can do whatever whenever. My dad (John) worked very hard to make this business prosper. I have never herd any complaints before i have only herd compliments. I am 16 and have worked and been around that shop my whole life and I myself have met amazing people out of having this business in my life.
Do not take your equipment here. This guy will steal it. I took 2 generators here for tune ups with the repairs totaling $45. When I came to pick them up he was not there. I called for 2 months and he would not answer the phone. After leaving several messages threatening legal action he finally called me back only to say that he sold the units. The generators were less than three years old and retailed for over $500. This guy is nothing more then a thief.
