I had to use this company twice both times the gentleman was excellent and compassionate. The last service they suggest I contact FPL because the surge protector didn’t work after a storm, which all money that was charged from AC Service company was refunded by FPL. Thank you for your advice. 👍🏽
This company is amazing Shane is amazing. I was charged almost 2k from another company and they never fixed my issue . Shane was honest and was able to fix my issue in less than an hr . I will never let anyone touch my AC again other then A/C masters . Thank you guys so much
Noticed my AC was not pumping out cold air around 10pm, and left a msg for AC Service Masters. By 8am the next morning, I received a call back from Shane. He was the same person who had helped me with a basic maintenance over 3 yrs earlier. Before 9am, Shane had arrived and diagnosed the issue. The price was reasonable, only $169 to replace my outside fan conductor thingy. He also did a flush of my line, the one that drips water outside.
