Great Company. I highly recommend. I've had a geothermal system for twenty years. They can be difficult to diagnose and work on, but not for AC Rimmer and his tech. His tech is professional, through and clearly explains what he is finding. All of that for a very reasonable service charge!
We had an excellent experience with AC Rimmer, especially technician Mark S. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully review all of our concerns. As new homeowners, we appreciated how thoroughly he explained the mechanics of our HVAC system and answered our questions in a way that was easy to understand. AC Rimmer installed my HVAC system about 18 years ago and it has been completely trouble-free until this week. Since the weather was very moderate for a few days, I decided to not call for emergency service but to enter a request on their website.
