Really bad experience doing business with them. Made me to pay the full amount even though I have full parts warranty. Total rip-off.
Great service. Reasonable pricing (we have an annual service contract with them). Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Absolutely recommend!
My wife called them back after they completed a maintenance service because the AC won't work. The service guy returned and claimed that the knob had to be turned on, no repair was needed. Charged 90 dollars again for that visit to turn the knob on. I have canceled their services then, will never call them back. These guys are short-sighted, trying to nickel and dime you at every opportunity instead of maintaining trust with their customers.
They have done our house entire plumbing work, the people who answer calls are extremely rude not helpful nor take the notes … the services provided always had issues,
