Our technician, Bradley, came out to our house right away. My husband and I appreciate the communication via text and mini bio given about him, including a photo. Hala, Nate, & Hernan were a dedicated and thorough crew dismantling a 32y/o A/C unit and installing a complete new one in just under 5 hours in a 100 degree house/attic. They were kind, funny, determined, patient, and Hala's customer service & expertise even gives Bradley a run for his money!
