Excellent work to diagnose the problem and explain issues and optons in detail. And great work with new installation. They work very hard and do it right.

Had a new heater installed. The team is always professional and take good care of my house during the install. They provided excellent service at a competitive price. I know that I can always trust them to give me only what I need.
Arriving at our office on Thursday, 11/7 - a/c was NOT working and it was 85 degrees!! I called AC Plus; we were only going to be at the office that day. Thomas, so graciously, worked it out for technicians to come that afternoon and we were very grateful to have a/c in a couple of hours! We also appreciate the non-profit discount.
