Danny was excellent. Our AC went out on a Friday evening. I sent a message through their website and received a return call within, literal minutes. Danny gave me what the after hours/weekend rate was. While not unreasonable, it was definitely not cheap. Which is totally to be expected. I said that we'd wait until Monday and just tough the weekend out. Before getting off the line he offered a couple of things that I could try that MIGHT fix the problem which was greatly appreciated.
