Danny was excellent. Our AC went out on a Friday evening. I sent a message through their website and received a return call within, literal minutes. Danny gave me what the after hours/weekend rate was. While not unreasonable, it was definitely not cheap. Which is totally to be expected. I said that we'd wait until Monday and just tough the weekend out. Before getting off the line he offered a couple of things that I could try that MIGHT fix the problem which was greatly appreciated. I called at 5pm yesterday about our AC not working. The brothers were already out on a call and they said they would be out when they got done at the apartments they were looking at. Within less than an hour and a half they had shown up to our house and found the issue with the run capacitor, and had it fixed. The guys were very professional and I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for our AC and Heater needs in the future.
