Erik was very professional & very competent troubleshooting the AC unit. He believed the interface board was the issue but had to follow the protocols. He was right & will return to R&R the interface board. Highly recommend AC mechanical for all your residential AC repairs.
I was able to book an appt less than 24 hours even though it was a non-emergency, showed up earlier than expected, was courteous, knowledgeable, and beat competitor’s pricing. 10/10 amazing service!

I was referred to them by a contractor friend 10 years ago when my business air conditioner stopped cooling and the two companies that I called out from google searches both came out and told me (without even opening up the unit) that it was 20+ yrs old, not worth repairing it and quoted me for a new unit.
