Can’t get a call back. Heat has been out for two weeks. Enough!!!!! We need heater fixed now.
We enjoyed our trip to Big Mike's, Orange Beach, Alabama
I called and set up and appointment. Lady said "great we will be there before ten." No one shown up. Fast forward to 3 pm, i called and they said someone will be there by 5, they will "put it in the notes we called." That means nothing to me. I received no service, poor communication skills. I understand stuff happens, if they would have told me at 3pm the techs are not looking like they can make it today. I would have scrambled to a different company that may have had an opening and I possibly could have slept good this nig... read more
