Horrible I called because my heat was going off. They sent a tech for a $59.00 service call. He diagnosed the problem as "a clogged fuel valve". He said he would try and clean it out to no avail, so for $159.00 more he would put a new one on it. He switched it out and it did not solve the problem. He then said it was the spark ignition switch. For a total of $325.00 he could install the entire kit that would solve this problem. I said ok since i just wanted to get it fixed and over with.
