If you want honest, skilled HVAC techs who won’t try to gouge you, call AC Klopf. They spent over three hours hunting down and repairing a copper leak on my interior AC unit. Rather than trying to upsell me on replacing the whole component, they did a flawless brazing job, cleaned the exterior coils, recharged the system correctly using subcooling to verify it was perfect, and gave me an incredibly fair final invoice. Extremely professional and thorough! This is our second 5-star experience with them!
For a business that's supposedly been around for 100+ years, you'd expect a certain level of professionalism and expertise. You'll find neither here. Our experience has been a nightmare: incompetent technicians who don't know how to properly install a unit, leading to poor initial installation that they refused to stand behind. They then had the audacity to charge her again to fix their own shoddy work. Great service and great people. Maintained our prior A/C and Furnace for 22 years before they finally failed. The timeliness of the installation of the new units was amazing!!
I manage a Medical Practice in Bay CIty and was having HVAC issues with our building. After calling multiple companies and having the issue mis-diagnosed I finally called AC Klopf. Brent Bellville came out to my location same day and went above and beyond to help fix my issues. I will def be using them in the future and will try and request Brent if he is free that day.
