I lost trust in this place after taking my car in for what I expected to be a $150 repair job we agreed on. Left the shop with a $400 bill which I did not expect! Went online and found the part cost around $58 with labor around $120 for little over an hour job. So, at least $178 wasn't that bad. Typical trick pulled by some car repair shops out there. Do your research before choosing a shop and ask questions. Not using this place again.

This body shop is great, the intake was easy, the fix recommendations were helpful, and updates were spot on, plus the car looked like new after the paint work.

I had only great experience with Aci Auto Body shop. I own an old 2011 car and, of course, it occasionally needs some repairs. They ALWAYS tried to find less expensive alternatives (upon MY request), I even brought an estimate from another company and they saved me money. It was ALWAYS MY DECISION if I wanted not to replace a part but try to fix it first. I had large jobs, tiny jobs... and every time they were very reliable and honest. Stopped by here because my airbag light was on. Told them what was wrong when I got there (clip came out while vacuuming). Man said “I have to check because that doesn’t sound right”. I spent an hour and some change waiting for him to tell me it was exactly the fact that the clip was damaged. Then they charged me a $150 diagnostic fee. He called back the next day to say he “called the dealer” & the airbag and seat would cost $1800. Went to another place and paid $300 total for a whole new seat and airbag. Bad service.
