We had a new unit installed by another company; to find out they installed an oversized unit. This caused so many problems. I needed a new AC company that could be trusted. A/C & heating was highly recommended. I called and spoke with Paul the project mgr. and he directed me on how they could help us thru this problem of having the 1st unit removed and they would then step in and install the right size.
