Owner will say he replaced parts, take your money and work will not be complete AT ALL!! I don't believe the owner is licensed and SEVERAL people have had the same problem I experienced. He will go out and say he replaced parts, take your money and the problem will still exist. This has happened to me and after my investigation, it has happened to countless people!!
