I had bought my unit 3 yrs ago brand new from acthley air and it wasn’t heating so I called them to fix it and they said parts were under warranty but labor was not and that the parts were $2300 and then labor would be $1800. I called Jeremy at A/C Guys and he came out same day and found the problem (which was not even what Atchley’s air stated it was) and Jeremy fixed it. It ended up being a $60 part. I've had a bad experience with this company. The first time was for heat. He replaced a heating element. He didnt wait to see if it was fixed. It gave a little warmth but not enough to warm the house. I asked him to come back and since we weren't available at his convenience it was 8 months before I contacted him, it was summer. When he fixed the heater the air conditioner didnt cool. I ask him back again, this time we had a busted duct , so I didnt blame him. The heat didnt work still. Jeremy and his helper are top notch AC repair contractors, solved my problem in less then an hour when we thought we had a major problems, Very fair price, prompt and efficient. Will get my business again
