Had them come out a few times over years for different issues with aging system always great work
I had bought my unit 3 yrs ago brand new from acthley air and it wasn’t heating so I called them to fix it and they said parts were under warranty but labor was not and that the parts were $2300 and then labor would be $1800. I called Jeremy at A/C Guys and he came out same day and found the problem (which was not even what Atchley’s air stated it was) and Jeremy fixed it. It ended up being a $60 part. I will never call anyone besides A/C Guys and I definitely will NEVER do business with Atchley Air again they are obviously ... read more

I've had a bad experience with this company. The first time was for heat. He replaced a heating element. He didnt wait to see if it was fixed. It gave a little warmth but not enough to warm the house. I asked him to come back and since we weren't available at his convenience it was 8 months before I contacted him, it was summer. When he fixed the heater the air conditioner didnt cool. I ask him back again, this time we had a busted duct , so I didnt blame him. The heat didnt work still.
