We’ve used Commercial Doors for several years and maintained multiple accounts with them across the properties we manage. Unfortunately, their service quality has declined significantly over the past one to two years. Most recently, we had an issue with a gate at our Chino property. Decent technicians, no better or worse than Vortex or any of the other similar companies. However their billing department is a mess. Steer clear.
Steer clear! This company did work on a security gate and the technician TOOK THE BATTERY with them. While admitting this to us over the phone, they then had the audacity to try to ask us to sign a quote to do additional work before having returned the stolen property to us. Will never use for any services again and will recommend against others using them as well.
