I can't say enough about this place, they are just amazing company! Very nice place! Amazing people! My 88yrs old father has been receiving home service for years with no complaints, Amazing Staff of caring, very reliable professionals A&C Elderly Care is very flexible and understanding with clients, their families, and employees. So nice to see friendly faces at the main office!
SHOULD BE NO STARS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (the Post button will not appear until you give them at least one star) Sent a temporary caregiver for Memorial Day weekend. The lady Suzette, provided no bathroom breaks and left my 91 year old Mother who has vascular dementia sitting in her recliner for 3 days (no showers or Depends changes.) Basically sitting in her own filth, the smell of which could be detected when exiting the elevator on her floor.
They have a good service with approachable staff we are happy and satisfied , more blessings to come!
