I wasted my money with this company and received zero value. The guy literally ran through the house taking photos. Was done in 10 minutes (two floors and basement and outside). Found out after inspection years later after a cold winter that the boiler was insufficient to heat the home. This company never brought it to my attention. Ed was amazing. He arrived early to the inspection and immediately began working. He explained everything in layman's terms. He was thorough and did not miss a spot in the home. Things you would overlook generally, he saw it. I would recommend this company anyday and I would call them for any service they offer.
