I called AC Doctors at around 1:30 AM and someone was there to answer on the emergency line. I was able to schedule a service call for the morning and the technician showed up in the early part of the window, 9 AM. My tech was fast, friendly, and professional. AC Doctors is always my go to AC company. Luis was great. My husband and I have used them for ACs in 3 different houses, and they have replaced 2 units for us over the years. They are always very thorough, they show you exactly what's going on with your system, they never pressure you or try to up sell you. Always professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and clean. I've even had the regional manager come perform a service call and fix my AC. I always recommend AC Doctors when someone asks about HVAC work.

AC doctors were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating when my AC went out. They were able to come out that same week to replace my old system and get me back up and running before the heat wave came in. Luis followed up multiple times to make sure I was happy with my service and to ensure that I was well taken care of. You can tell they care about their customers and not just their bottom line.
Luis has been amazing, he did our pre inspection on the HVAC before closing on a property and communicated from start to finish including what the reports meant. We have never had this type of service provided and will definitely keep AC doctors in mind for family and friends!! People do yourselves a favor and trust these experts!
