I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I bought a complete ac unit from the ac doctor and I paid for the yearly service agreement and I still never got the service agreement from them, they never contacted me about it but as soon as the time was up to use the service agreement they had no problem calling me to schedule a service call that was a paid service call very bad business in my opinion

Outstanding service and excellent communication by Jessie on the installation of a new Carrier a/c to replace our older unit which was on its last leg. He and Rick were very professional and worked against my very tight schedule to complete the install in time for me to make my appointments later in the day. They actually started early and worked through lunch in order to make it happen.
