I paid well over $10,000 for dental implants in 2017. I have had nothing but problems. June 2017 one tooth came off the screw. I drove 10 hours to get it repaired. As of today all teeth are off the posts and are exposed. Yesterday enroute to Endodontics a screw fell out. I’m baffled as to what’s going on. I don’t have week bone’s or any periodontal issues to cause this. I want at least half of my money back so I can go somewhere here in Virginia. I’m still waiting for a return phone call from the office.

Its a dentist office next to an Autozone on olden ave. What, you didn't think this would be a competent Dr, did you? He took Xrays while having a full on conversation about politics with his assistant, told me all I had a gum infection, gave me amoxicillin and showed me the door. Wanting a second opinion, I went to Dr.Derman who took one look at my X-rays and told me that any competent Dr should have been able to tell me in one second that I had multiple impacted wisdom teeth. I have years of dental experience here from periodontal treatment and care with regular cleanings, to implants! The entire staff was always accomadating my schedule and every need! Treated with compassion and care Everytime I called and came in! To my dismay they no longer accept my DMO insurance and will see me only out of pocket cost now. I've had to see another Dental Office and after two visits there, one for cleaning the others very gruling root canal, I am ready to call for an out of pocket visit today! I had a great experience at AC Dental of Hamilton. My dentist, Dr.Seth was very friendly, attentive and went over everything he was going to do beforehand so that I had the best understanding. He is great with numbing, usually you feel a pinch and honestly i never felt a needle or any pain during the procedure. I highly recommend visiting this office since they have such a wonderful staff, from the receptionists to the assistants.
