Went in with my 2016 F150 with a AC issue. compressor clutch was not coming on, these guys had me in and out within an hour very knowledgeable.
I dropped my car off at 10am to have a leak inspected. Since the shop closed at 5pm I called around 4pm to get an update. The owner Jeff was very short and dismissive on the phone, repeatedly saying they had “just gotten it up” without providing much information. Later, he called back with the diagnosis and a repair quote. Because the repair was more expensive than I expected, I told him I would pick up the car that day and get back to him within a couple of days. Very rude and aggressive owner. Got car checked out for coolant issue, when we got the car back we noticed a piece of the suspension loose and dragging. Owner zip tied it back on. We refused service after this and owner became hostile then refused to return plastic skid plate demanding he would “lift the car, replace parts, and charge for all of it”. Then yelled at us to get off his property. We were very calm and respectful the whole interaction, not sure why all the anger.
Fantastic place! Staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and fast! The gentleman was able to get me in, taken care of, and out in like zero time at all and I was back on the road again in cooler comfort. Many, many thanks!
Great experience all around! I always read reviews before I spend $100 or more than anything and that is to include services. I was hesitant at first because all the reviews I read were positive, thinking no way possible, but I was definitely wrong for thinking that. The guys in the shop were awesome! Friendly, professional, and very eager to help me and get me back on the road. Thank you guys for a great experience!!
