Very unprofessional, they didn’t order all my parts, been waiting 3 weeks for my dryer to be fixed so far, the lady on the phone is rude and not helpful at all
A gentleman from AC Appliance Repair came to fix my washer & dryer. He was excellent in his workmanship and very knowledgeable. I was impressed that he was able to fix my dryer immediately with the new parts he carried in his vehicle. The part that I needed for my washer was no longer available. I am on Consumers Energy Service Plan, so my washer is covered and I can get a credit for a new washer. The gentleman gave me excellent advice on appliances. I give a very high recommendation to AC Appliance Repair.

Waited four weeks to get my washer fixed. Art is a human and makes mistakes but he misdiagnosed my problem. Came out with the misdiagnosed part after not fixing it said that he would order the part and call me back. He did neither. I called the office two days later only to be put on hold for an extended amount of time which seemed like just enough time for her to order the part and tell me that they would come out in three days.
