This is the second time i have used AC Advantage and the service was even better this time. Fast service, reasonable pricing, office staff friendly and helpful. First service person Sean went to do the original diagnosis. Was honest and up front. Offered options and suggestions. We choose to go with a new unit. Again they gave us options, details and suggestions. New unit was installed the next day. David and Alexander did a absolutely fabulous job. They pretty much spent the entire day at my house. Shady business practice going on here. They signed us up for a service plan on a 3 year old unit fully covered for parts a labor for 10 Years. Just asked for a preventative maintenance after repeatedly telling them that we didn’t need or want one. they failed miserably ant the preventive maintenance well. Didn’t even bother to change the anc filter or clean the coils. Overcharged our card and now ghosted us. Took full advantage of a DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN and said we have no recourse. My York System was installed by another company that is no longer a York dealer.A/C Advantage stepped up to the plate to take care of my warranty issue. The tech Ken was incredible as was the young man he was training.....He can learn alot from this guy...from work ethics,work quality and dealing with customers...these 2 are the dream team.....The office crew were just as helpful thank you Jenny......save yourselves headaches folks these people are the real deal.Thanks Ken Paton
