Patrick was the single most thorough inspector I have ever hired. We are buying a new construction in the Ann arbor area and he didn't leave a single stone unturned. (Luckily there wasn't a ton of issues to find) However I will definitely hire him again for any inspections I need done in the future.
Patrick was amazing to work with. He is kind and thorough and helped explain everything throughout the inspection process. Highly recommend!!
Had Patrick out to inspect a home that we are looking to purchase. His time and care he put into preparing for, performing, and reporting the inspection was evident and helped paint the picture of what owning the home would entail. While his thoroughness may not be for everyone, his callouts are appreciated, and point out what items need attention and how much. Owning a home is not all rainbows and sunshine. Excellent! I wish I could give Patrick Lyons 10 stars. He was a godsend. My husband and I purchased a new construction nightmare. He discovered 3 pages of code violations that somehow the county building inspector missed. Some of which were fire and safety code violations. He was thorough and went above and beyond. He sent his report to the county inspector with photos and the actual code number of the violations.
