If I could give them a zero I would. I wouldn’t suggest them to my worst enemy (not that I have one)!! I switched to them trying to save a dollar and going cheap wasn’t the smartest decision!! The managers are liars (facts)! I spoke to 2 manager that stated and emailed me that the service fee will be $0. Due to they have assigned two technicians that never showed up. I had just put on a new roof and had called Buyer's Choice Home Inspections out. Mr. Jeff Moore showed up in a timely mannor. Mr. Moore was very professional and courteous. He took his time and explained what was wrong and what was good. I would recommend his service and company to friends and neighbors anytime.
