A Burst of Sonshine? Not. The "gentleman" I spoke with on the phone had very little patience with me and was short. After I wrote down the information he was giving me, he immediately and rudely hung the phone up without saying thank you or have a nice day, or anything at all. This is not how a business representative should speak to people. I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone.
I was exceptionally pleased with this beautiful bouquet for my Mom on Mother’s Day. I called at the last minute and they surpassed my expectations this beautiful arrangement. I wholeheartedly recommend them for their skills!
What a total RIP off! My husband ordered 2 dozens of red roses for our 45th Anniversary and what I received was 5 red roses a few carnations & irises how is that a substitute for 2 dozens roses! If you didn’t have them you should get in touch with the buyer & say that! So after my husband calls they then gave him half his money back and had the nerve to send some half dead miniature roses to the hotel! The flower arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement ordered. The flowers looked like they had been handpicked from someone’s backyard and were delivered in a plastic vase which still contained the price tag of two dollars. Flowers from a local grocery would look better and last longer. This level of work is a shame. Please do better.
Please do not waste your Time or $MONEY with this florist. The flower on the left is what I ordered and the one on right is what I received. Flowers were not arranged, and stems were broken. .. and furthermore, the order was a day late Thank You 800 Send Flowers for A Total Refund. Dissapointed
