USED ABT: 3 X over 6 wk period. 1st CREW: Were a 6 out of 10. The owner (Lauretta Burke Moe), stated they quit and "stole" 2 of her clients. 2nd CREW: Miscommunicated with the owner re cleaning my upstairs. Happened again 8/8. On 8/8, they asked me AGAIN if they needed to clean my upstairs, balcony and patio. Something was sprayed in my shower that smelled like bleach. The owner (without being here)--DENIED THIS. The service from this company is excellent, the owner is a very pleasant woman and her team all work well. The girls washed the floors on their hands and and knees and I have I have never seen them look cleaner than they are now. They worked very quickly and took care with everything in my home. Recommended this company to all my family and friends!! I have tried other cleaning services and they do not compare to the British Touch
