THE OFFICE LADY IS RUDE AND HAS NO RESPECT SHE WILL HANG UP THE PHONE IF THINGS DONT GO HER WAY! ILL BE CAREFUL GOING THERE. IF I CAN GIVE IT A ZERO STAR I WOULD 100% DO THAT INSTEAD OF A ONE.
