In a world where you can be anything, disappointingly, empathetic and kind isn't one of the things this surgery offers. I should have read the Reviews before I booked. We are in Flu season, and the fact that I could get an appointment here, and the surgery was empty in the waiting area, should have been a good indication of what was ahead. Writing on behalf of my young adult son who saw Dr May today. He has significant petechial haemorrhaging on his legs which we know isn't meningococcal because he has no flu symptoms. Mind you he's painfully pale and sleeping 12 hrs a day so not well either. She dismissed him in moments saying it's ringworm and sending him on his way without listening to other concerns (like odd amount of bleeding). No BTs. No referral. Nothing.
