My therapist, Tammara, provides a safe space where I feel heard, along with the strategies and honesty necessary to overcome challenges. I always feel seen and understood during our meetings, and I truly appreciate the time and energy she invests to ensure my therapy needs are met.
Dr. Tamera is the epitome of an exceptional therapist. She is heaven sent. I loved that she never made me feel like an outcast when I expressed my feelings. Every session with her, I left feeling heard, valued and stronger mentally. I honestly do not know where I would be right now without her! She has made that much of a difference in my life. The tools I learned from her are still being implemented on a daily basis.

My counselor Tammara Kamei has time and time again made me feel understood, less alone, more equipped, and we laugh every session we have. I enjoy our sessions so so much.
