I was there for application they received me and they were like gem when they talk to you and encourage you to be patient and wait for them to reply to you. Thanks to umbega for your reception.

In my opinion, A Brighter Living (ABL) should NOT be providing any services to the disabled. Our disabled adult grandson was under their care for five months. We visited the group home ABL managed weekly, and what we saw and experienced was upsetting to say the least. We raised our concerns to ABL management, but our concerns fell on deaf ears, as we received little to no response. First I would give 0 stars. My son was in their care for 6 months was denied medical care over and over. Daily medical care was not being met. Anther client had to call for medical care. When the client called for my son he was abused physically by staff. The staff yell and scream at the clients. They deny medical care always telling them they don’t have staff to take them for their medical care. They have repeatedly chastised or obtaining medical care.
