Fantastic shop! Ramiro and Evan were both extremely helpful, and set me up with some great glasses at an extremely quick and painless process.
Evan was extremely helpful with finding frames that fit my face well. The selection of frames that were offered are hard to get especially if you go to chain stores. If you like frames that all don’t look like Warby Parker, do yourself a favor and go A Brighter Image.
Rarely will you find such good customer service and a team that cares about their patients/clients. There was a small hiccup with the contacts I ordered, which was the result of an error on my behalf, and they patiently worked with me to get it right. The whole team is super friendly and kind. Danielle was especially helpful. I recommended 10/10.
I've been going to a brighter image for about 5 years now. Every interaction has been pleasant and the products Great. They have unique frames from Europe that I haven't seen anywhere else. I get compliments all the time on my glasses. The staff and the owner treat you like family. I recommend this place 100%
