Just went here for the first time today, and it was excellent. The doctor is calm and thorough, the staff is friendly and was nice about the two reschedules I needed, and the owner, Evan, even helped me pick out my new favorite pair of glasses! Their pricing was very reasonable and the space itself is beautiful - they have a great selection of glasses and you can tell everyone working there is genuinely happy to be there. Fantastic experience. The group behind A Brighter Image is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. I love that there’s usually a pup lounging at the shop, and my lenses were ready ahead of schedule. They took very careful care of my frames and ensured everything was done properly.
I've been to "A Brighter Image" several times now, and have only had very positive experiences. Everyone is super nice and helpful (including the resident dog) and just generally chilled (i.e., they won't try to sell you the most expensive frames and lenses you don't need, in contrast to some other places I've visited). I've just ordered a pair of new progressive glasses and set of contact lenses, so I look forward to picking these up and giving them a try soon.
