These folks have an excellent, diverse collection of high-quality frames and provide outstanding service.
An incredible eye doctor visit. Especially compared to my recent experiences with MyEyeDr. Everything was super efficient and on time. Dr. Wiseman took her time to answer my questions - she was great. Unlike MyEyeDr and other optometry offices, no one tried to sell me on extra add on services. My prescription didn't change much, but the optician fixed the crookedness of my current pair of glasses which was driving me nuts. I was a very happy customer.
I stopped in to ask if they sold repair kits. Ramiro said no but he'd be happy to fix them. 5 minutes later I was out the door!
I never post reviews, but feel compelled to share because I can't say enough positive things about Brighter Image and Evan in particular. I've been going for 7+ years, and every interaction is pleasant and easy -- including when I've lost a pair and need new glasses in a pinch. I will never go anywhere else!
