I stopped in to ask if they sold repair kits. Ramiro said no but he'd be happy to fix them. 5 minutes later I was out the door!
I never post reviews, but feel compelled to share because I can't say enough positive things about Brighter Image and Evan in particular. I've been going for 7+ years, and every interaction is pleasant and easy -- including when I've lost a pair and need new glasses in a pinch. I will never go anywhere else!
We have been getting our specs exclusively from Evan, Ro and the rest of the Brighter Image team for over twenty years. We now live a thousand miles away but always book a trip back to the old neighborhood to update our look and see our old friends!
Fantastic shop! Ramiro and Evan were both extremely helpful, and set me up with some great glasses at an extremely quick and painless process.
Evan was extremely helpful with finding frames that fit my face well. The selection of frames that were offered are hard to get especially if you go to chain stores. If you like frames that all don’t look like Warby Parker, do yourself a favor and go A Brighter Image.
