They let a lobby full of people sit there while they all stood around and talked. Terrible service
This place is a joke. If you report abuse they ignore it and retaliate against the staff whom Reports it and fire them. The medication record is a joke, so many mistakes with wrong medications and the system not correctly documenting PRNS. When reported to supervisors and higher management it took wks of reports and explaining to get anything done. I will never trust this company ever again. I trusted you with my nephew n now he in Eastern state hospital. How in two days of having him in your residential can the law be called him sent to the hospital n never did any of you be honest with me . That this company was incapable of meeting my nephews unique needs I was honest with you from the first day and I dealt with 3 years of waiting on staff and the whole entire time that you was on his case it can't equal up a year of service but that was for the 3 years of service. ... read more
DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. This company is incompetent in so many, how it has remained licensed or functional i will never know. They DO NOT FOLLOW PARENT OR PSYCHIATRIST INSTRUCTION. The staff is NOT prepped like they are supposed to be and the 'case managers ' are a joke. If you love your child which i am suspecting you do- find another company.
