The owner of A BRIGHTER CONCEPT PAINTING, met with me directly and answered and explained the paints and procedures needed for the house. He then reviewed it again with the owner so everyone was on the same page. We had a problem with paint incompatible , in which he recognized and solved quickly. Kevin and his crew went above and beyond to look after every detail such as fixing a garage door and painting the mailboxes and much more. My ceilings look amazing! I’m glad we chose Kevin , he work is professional, clean, and amazing.
Started out strong, was really excited. A $11,500.00 written bid turned into over $17,000 and they walked out on the job allegedly to leave the state due to personal issues. The bid specified painting all cabinets, but evidently that didn't mean kitchen cabinets to the painters. They left tools, ladders, taped walls unfinished, and light fixtures/ blinds in the bathtubs.
