Our son was recently married and the tuxes were ordered from A Bride's Time. The tuxes looked great! The tuxes came in a couple days ahead of the wedding so the guys could try them on. Some of the tuxes needed to be exchanged for different sizes. Heather was wonderful in making sure those tuxes were exchanged and each groomsman had a perfectly fitting tux. This is probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner is very mean to her employees and rude to customers. While I was there she yelled at one of her employees for leaning against a counter. I can say I will never be giving my money to this business. Dresses were gorgeous, but not pretty enough for that terrible of service.
I cannot say enough about this store and the employees, and owner. These ladies are absolutely amazing! They helped find a dress in our budget and went above and beyond. They really care about their community and making the kids feel special for their dance.
